Raymundo Faces Exes At His Wife’s High School Reunion
Raymundo’s Heading to His Wife’s High School Reunion — and He’s Ready to Flex (a Little)
Producer Raymundo from The Bobby Bones Show is heading to a high school reunion — but not his own. It’s his wife’s! She gets to bring a plus one, and the event is a big tailgate party at her old high school.
He asked the show if it was a good idea to go, joking that there would probably be a few ex-boyfriends hanging around. Bobby quickly told him he had to go — if anything, it’s a great chance to “flex” a little. “You’ve done pretty good for yourself,” Bobby said. “You’ve got a house in the country!”
But Raymundo reminded everyone that his wife went to a private school, so her classmates might include a few lawyers and doctors. Bobby laughed, “Never mind. Forget the flex.”
The crew then swapped stories about their own reunions. Bobby said his graduating class only had about 40 people, and their reunions included several generations of students. Amy shared that she went to her 10-year reunion and had a blast — no awkward run-ins, just dancing, food, and catching up with old friends. She admitted some of the “cool guys” from high school didn’t quite have the same shine they used to. Bobby joked that the guys who peak in high school usually don’t stay “that guy” forever — a little life lesson for the kids listening.
Eddie said he’s never been to one of his reunions, even though he’s had 10-, 20-, and 25-year ones. They were always too far away in South Texas, but now he’s thinking maybe it’s time to go.
As for Raymundo, his main worry is bumping into one of his wife’s exes — especially since one used to work on their house. “He tried to get a little too friendly,” Raymundo said. “That’s when I shut down that phone number.”
Still, he’s planning to go, have fun, and maybe even FaceTime the show from the tailgate — just to show off a little.
