But no one on the show knew they won so they weren’t there to accept it, and only found out from a picture posted about the win on Instagram! No one invited them to the ceremony or else they would've been there. After receiving an email congratulating him, Bobby Bones found out but still had to google search what award it was.
Bones apologized to the committee for not being there and thanked the listeners! Because of them, they won an award they didn’t go to.
