Bobby Bones admitted he made a mistake.

He said he doesn’t like getting gas anymore because he used to look forward to grabbing a tasty snack at the gas station. But now, things are different. A few months ago, he found out he's lactose intolerant, so he can't eat anything with dairy in it.

The other day, he went into the gas station and grabbed a protein cookie without thinking. He started eating it on the way to work, but then his stomach started hurting—bad. He checked the label and saw that the cookie had a bunch of dairy in it that he didn’t even notice at first.

When he got to the studio, he had to ask Abby to bring him some lactose pills. Those pills are supposed to be taken before eating dairy, but he took them after and said they still helped a little. Bobby said dealing with lactose intolerance has been really hard, and he had no idea so many foods have dairy in them.
