
Abby’s Surprising Results From Her 60-hour Water Fast
After seeing Kane Brown post about his fitness journey and doing a 60-hour fast, Abby got inspired to try it too.

For the whole fast, she only drank water because she doesn’t like black coffee, which was the only other thing allowed. At first, she wasn’t sure if she could make it, but she did it—plus 2 extra hours because she slept in a little! She thought she’d be super hangry, but surprisingly, she felt okay.
When the fast was over, she had to be careful getting back to eating since your body needs time to adjust. She started with a cookie, but that turned out to be a bad idea. It made her feel kind of sick.
Even though the cookie didn’t go well, Abby said she still thinks everyone should try a fast like this. She said she feels really good and full of energy after doing it!
