A Backstage Joke Leads To A Surprising Number Exchange

Lunchbox says Eddie might be the creepiest guy ever!

So here’s what went down: They were all hanging out backstage at CMA Fest with Crook & Chase. Eddie was chatting with Lorraine Chase, who’s in her 60s. Then Lunchbox overheard Eddie say, “You know what? I don’t have your phone number.” 😳

Next thing you know, Eddie’s telling Lorraine they should totally swap numbers. Lorraine was like, “What would we even text about?” And Eddie goes, “You can text me about anything!” That’s when Lunchbox saw them actually exchange numbers. He’s convinced Eddie just kept pushing until she gave in. Amy even backed him up and said yep, that’s exactly how it went down—she saw the whole thing!

But wait—Eddie says it all started as a joke. Someone from their company mentioned they didn’t have Eddie’s number, and he said, “No one does!” That’s when Lorraine joked, “Ooh, it’s an exclusive number!” So Eddie played along and offered to give it to her as a joke. But yeah, then everything Lunchbox and Amy said did kinda happen. 😂

In the end, they just texted a bit about CMA Fest and that was it. No big deal!
