During Thursday's police briefing, Sioux Falls Police Captain Loren McManus provided information on the pedestrian who died after being hit by a vehicle this week.

According to Tony Mangan of the South Dakota Highway Patrol, a car crashed into an Alcester assisted facility around 9:30 AM Monday morning.
