Sioux Falls Teens Die In Sunday Morning Rollover

Two Sioux Falls teenagers died in a one car accident early Sunday morning near Wall Lake.

17-year old Raphie Phan was driving south on 463rd Avenue when he lost control on a curve, entered the median and rolled. Both he and his passenger, 19-year old Amanda Doty were thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.

Neither Phan or Doty were wearing their seatlbelts.
