Your Nagging Husband Can Save Your Life, Can the Same Thing Be Said For a Nagging Wife?

We’ve all heard the horror stories about the guy with the nagging wife. Yes it’s true ladies, believe it or not, there are a few of you out there that like to nag. Some of you could even make a comfortable living nagging if given the opportunity.

Now I know most women will probably justify the nagging by saying their man needs or deserves to be nagged. It’s for his own good.

I guess the same can be said for men too. I’ve never met a nagging man before, but I know they definitely exist.

Well check this out ladies, if you do have a nagging man in your life, you should consider yourself lucky. That’s right, I said you’re lucky!

There’s now a new study out of Oxford University in London that has found having a nagging husband can actually save your life. Women with nagging husbands are 28% less likely to die from heart disease.

Married women have just as much of a chance of developing heart disease as unmarried women. The big difference however is the nagging husband. If you have one, you’re more likely to survive it.

It appears you need that nag of a husband to constantly remind you to go to the doctor when something doesn’t feel quite right, to take your medicine, to avoid foods your doctor has told you to avoid and so on and so forth.

Believe it or not, having that annoying husband significantly increases your chances of living longer.

Now the question becomes, does the same thing apply if you have a nagging wife?

Somehow I don’t see having someone nag at you for leaving crumbs on the counter after you make a sandwich as adding years to your life, but I could be wrong.

Might be time for another study?
