It is with a not-so-small-dose of irony that we introduce you to Ralph, the worlds largest bunny, the day after Easter.

Weighing in at an impressive 42 pounds, (MSNnow reporting 50lbs...), this whopper of a rabbit is more than 3 feet long. And has an equally impressive diet to go along with his girth which includes a  steady buffet of cabbage, broccoli, corn on the cob, apples, bread, crackers and even breakfast cereal. Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids! But since you are bigger than most 1st graders, help yourself...

How much does it cost Ralph's owners to keep up with this hefty amount of food? Try $75 per day!

Interestingly, Ralph's mom, Amy, was the previous record holder, according the Guinness Book of World records, until she died of a heart attack four years ago. Amazingly, his dad, Roberto, held the record before that!

I'm guessing that the South Dakota FFA members would like to offer a few tips on healthy prize rabbit nutrition.

Ralph lives in East Sussex, England, where, apparently, giant bunny genes rule.
