Country music. It is all about the song. All about the story. Miranda Lambert's latest single "Little Red Wagon" is all that and a bag of fresh, delicious crunch chips, but where did it come from?

Turns out a singer songwriter named Audra Mae got together with a guy named Joe Ginsberg. (Joe works at his hometown ACE to make a little extra money.) But what about this Audra Mae. She's a super talented singer songwriter. Here's a sample of Audra Mae doing Little Red Wagon before it was a country smash!

According to Billboard.com: a guy named Joe Ginsberg co-wrote the song.

"Audra and I wrote it in her Dodge Dart driving around Hollywood," Ginsberg explained. "I was playing a little tiny Martin guitar and writing down lyrics and she was singing it, while we were literally driving down Sunset Boulevard with the windows rolled down. We had started to write it at her house and got stuck and kind of put it to rest. About a week later, she called me up and was like, 'Hey, I want to finish that song today. What do you think about driving around in Goldie [the car's name] and finishing it?' The song would appear on Mae's 2012 record Audra Mae and the Almighty Sound.

Here's a sample of Ginsberg's chops both singing and guitar. Watching it, you can almost picture Joe and Audra riding around and singing the song "Little Red Wagon."

I've always said, I'm a fan of Country Music. This is why. It's not always just about the songs. Many times the real intrigue lives in where those songs come from. Creative people, collaborating.  Must be fun.

One more thing. Where did the song come from? Did it come from influence from another genre of music? Tammy of the morning show said the other day, the song really reminds her of Jane's Addiction '"Been Caught Stealing."   I hear what she's talking about!

If you watch the video and you forward to about 2:22 you'll see she is dead on accurate.

Regardless of where the riff came from, it's an amazing song. Oh, side note Miranda, you look smokin' hot in the new video.
