Tim McGraw Performs on Lawn

Over the weekend, Country Mega Star Tim McGraw was spotted working on of all things, a lawn!  Actually, there's a pretty cool angle to the story.

Tim had agreed to perform for his Orthopedic Surgeon in a private party on the Doctors lawn.  According to After Midnite:

Tim wanted to return a favor to his doctor (Dr. Thomas), after a visit about two years ago, and performing to a few hundred charity supporters is what his surgeon had in mind. The charity, Show Hope, is Dr. Thomas’ favorite way to give back, and the organization helps couples adopt children.
