Six-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift may have just concluded a hectic week of promoting her new album, 'Red,' but she's not slowing down yet. Swift will co-host 'The Grammy Nominations Concert LIVE -- Countdown To Music's Biggest Night' with LL Cool J in December.

The one-hour special will announce this year's Grammy nominees and will feature performances by past Grammy winners and/or nominees. Luke Bryan has also signed on as a performer during the Grammy nominations concert special, along with previously-announced performers Maroon 5. The telecast will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 10PM ET on CBS.

The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will air live from Los Angeles' Staples Center on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013. LL Cool J will host the Grammy Awards, and Swift has already been confirmed as a performer. The 22-year-old superstar's new album has only been out for a week, but has already been seeing positive reviews by the dozen.
