Student Identified In Death at SDSU Dorm

Officials at South Dakota State University have identified the student who was found dead on Tuesday night, according to the SDSU Collegian.

Sophomore advertising major Connor Noteboom, 19, of Pickstown, was found in his room by fellow residents at Binnewies Hall. He apparently died of self-inflicted injuries. Brookings and University police have confirmed the cause of death was suicide, according to KDLT.

Counseling has been provided for those living on Noteboom's floor.
