The death of a woman found in her apartment Sioux Falls is being investigated by police.

According to the Associated Press: "Police said Tuesday they initially classified the 39-year-old woman's case as an unattended death after finding her body Monday. Police spokesman Sam Clemens says detectives called for the investigation after noticing that a few things were out of place. He didn't specify what seemed out of the ordinary."

Clemens says police were notified of the death Monday morning:
