One Thing is Certain, South Dakota Loves Their Pets!

We recently had a contest on our Facebook page. The contest centered around National Love Your Pet Day. We found out that South Dakota, (and surrounding areas) love their pets!

OK, we added a bit of incentive for people to post the pics of their pets, 2 three day passes to WeFest in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. But the response was incredible. Over 1000 pet loving families posted pictures of their pets. And the pictures are awesome.

The other night, our granddaughter Harper was over to the house. I asked her if she wanted to look at some dogs and cats. She said, 'sure.' About a half hour later of seeing pictures like Morgan Wee's dog, complete with under bite we knew we were looking at something that means a lot to people around here. Their pets.

If you look at the Facebook post, you'll see dogs and cats with people. Dogs on bikes, hunting dogs, lap dogs, and loads of cats that evidently have been trained for pictures. It's pretty cool and great entertainment. Check it out here.
