According to Ben Goessling of ESPN.com, Vikings Defensive Lineman Linval Joseph has returned to practice on Sunday after being shot early Saturday morning.

The Vikings also believe that Joseph will be ready to go for the start of the 2014 season which is just weeks away.

Early Saturday morning, hours after the Vikings picked up their first win of the preseason against the Oakland Raiders, Linval Joseph was a innocent bystander and was shot by a stray bullet at a downtown Minneapolis night club.

Nine others were injured during the shooting and Minneapolis Police are still investigating the incident.
