Many of you know I am a fan of Red Dirt and Texas Country. Please don't get me wrong, I love today's New Country but I also know enough and I have listened enough to appreciate what I feel is this grittier, more unrefined sub genre of Country Music. Texas and Red Dirt music is, to say the least, a phenomenon that is spreading like West Texas wildfire. And it's particular artists that are blowing on that flame!
