Josten Concrete Products Employee Dies in Industrial Accident in Sioux Falls
An employee died Monday morning in an industrial accident at Josten Concrete Products, at 1201 South Van Eps Avenue in Sioux Falls.
Police spokesman Sam Clemens says a two-ton concrete form fell, struck and killed 59-year-old David Lee VanVoorst of Sioux Falls.
Clemens says the workplace accident is still being investigated.
