6:30pm at the Empire Mall entrance by Caribou Coffee. Enjoy bagpipe music and treats from Oh My Cupcakes. Shawn Cable will emcee the event and Marty Jackley is the keynote speaker. Project Blue Light encourages people to display a blue light in a window during the holiday season in memory of law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty.
