Along Phillips Avenue and at Falls Park. The day starts with a fun run/walk at 8am, parade at 10am, free lunch for the first 5,000 people at 11am, Sioux Falls Municipal Band concert at 11am, a short program at 11:30am, Mogen’s Heroes performs at Noon and a performance of “Shakespeare Sampler” at Queen Bee Mill at 1pm.
