Granite City Food & Brewery in Sioux Falls is hosting a Dine2Donate event supporting Feeding South Dakota.  This is the first time Feeding South Dakota and Granite City Food & Brewery have teamed up to fight hunger.  This is also the first time that Granite City Food & Brewery is donating 10% of ALL sales to support an organization.  This event will run all day on Monday, July 13 and will include sales on food and drinks on Dine-In and To-Go orders.  This is an easy was to support an amazing organization in Feeding South Dakota and a fantastic restaurant in Granite City Food & Brewery.

Did you know that $1 donated to Feeding South Dakota results in 5 meals for food insecure South Dakotans?  Did you know that 1 in 5 children in South Dakota is food insecure? Feeding South Dakota is the state’s largest charitable hunger relief organization with distribution centers in Sioux Falls, Pierre and Rapid City. Last year, Feeding South Dakota secured and distributed over 12.4 million pounds of quality, nutritious donated and purchased food providing 10.4 million meals to individuals in need.  More than 191,000 people were provided hunger relief across the state last year, and it is because of support from businesses like Granite City Food & Brewery and generous individuals across the state that Feeding South Dakota can continue its mission to eliminate hunger in South Dakota.
