Don’t Try This at Home [VIDEO]

At Friday nights Sioux Falls Skyforce game I realized that I had my video camera in my coat pocket.  We were right in the middle of the halftime entertainment so I thought I might as well get a shot of the action.  As you can tell when they set the bar down, there wasn't much for the lady to land on!

Oh, yeah...like the title says, don't try this at home.  After all these are trained professionals!
