(NPN) -- Adweek named the recent Hoy Trial Lawyers "Will You Please Stop" TV spot as its 25th worst brand "fail" of 2013.

The magazine released "The 25 Biggest Brand Fails of 2013" online Monday.

The Hoy spot, which played on local TV and has now become something of a web sensation, features Sioux Falls attorney Scott Hoy concerned about what appears to people in car accidents blaming people in the back seat playing video games--or vice versa.

No one seems sure.

"The year's most confusing ad was also, it must be said, one of its most strangely enjoyable," the advertising magazine summarized.

The worst brand failure in 2013, according to the magazine about advertising and branding, went to Lululemon, a maker of women's yoga pants. Adweek said founder Chip Wilson blamed consumer complaints about his company pants on buyers' "fat thighs."
