Making the decision to eat healthy has been the goal of many people. Having a plan is always a better way to ensure success, but it's not always easy to make sure healthy options will always be available.

People's schedules are full, unexpected things come up, and life doesn't always stick to our plans.

We can stick to our healthy eating commitment by planning to have healthy snacks for when a snack attack hits. Instead of choosing slot B6 in your workplace vending machine, planning snacks ensures we can run to the nutrient providing snacks our bodies need.
