When I was young, you couldn't BEG me to listen to polka music.  Then I got engaged. to a Bohemian. Or Part Bohemian.

I found out they had polka bands at weddings and those weddings had beer. A lot of beer.

Then I was introduced to Beseda Hall in Tabor, South Dakota and it was game over. Polka music is not only, alright. It's pretty darn fun.

For a while, I almost thought that I could actually dance to a polka. I'm not sure if I'm a leader or a follower, but I know it isn't always pretty when my wife and I try, but I do know it's fun. And you should get into the music. A little.

Fort Randall Casino just west of Wagner, South Dakota is going to give you a chance to get your polka on. They're bringing in sort of a local legend: Mollie B.

According to her website: "See Mollie B Sunday, May 12, 2019.  Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. There is a dance floor for your enjoyment. You must be 21 to attend this dance. You may order tickets online by clicking HERE or by calling the Fort Randall Casino at 605-487-7871.

Mollie B is a tremendous musician first. She plays about 1,000 instruments and she can work a crowd better than any carnival barker on any midway. I caught part of her show at Ag Ph.D. Field Days that Hefty Seed put on last summer. The first thing that came to my mind was, she sounds good. Then after I noticed, a lot of the farmer guys were watching kinda close. Yep, she's also quite a looker.

If you want to check her out, she's bringing her polka party to Fort Randall Casino. Get your tickets today and get ready to get your polka on!
