Fish Days in Lake Andes South Dakota

I just heard from Colt Florey. He's a second generation Florey, major type bean bag throwin' kind of a guy. He said, 'it's game on this weekend!'

Yep, the bean bags will be flying in L.A. I call it California County.  For good reason too. If you look at the map, the outline of Charles Mix County in South Dakota looks a lot like the state of California!

Fish Days is an awesome small town weekend in Lake Andes, South Dakota. Yes, they'll have a Walleye fishing tournament as part of the festivities, they'll also crown a Mr.Carp and Mrs. bullhead as part of the weekend. You can also add carnival, street dance, bull riding and more to the party.

But the one thing I look forward to most is the bean bag tournament. According to Colt,

The bags will fly Sunday, June 8th. 1:00 p.m. registration 2:00 p.m. competition begins. No need for a partner. When you come we'll have a random partner draw.  Play on a random team every game, 5 games, places go out to the top 5 total point scorers after 5 games.
