KSFY reports that Sioux Falls police have made an arrest in a recent armed robbery at a Sioux Falls convenience store.

49-year-old Prentice Almond was arrested in connection to Sunday morning's robbery of Casey's General Store on Rice Street according to Sgt. Sean Kooistra.

Almond allegedly entered the store wearing a Halloween mask and threatened an employee with a knife.

Police say Almond had drugs on him at the time of his arrest.

According to Sioux Falls police, there have been 11 robberies in Sioux Falls over the last 30 days including the most recent C-store robbery on Wednesday morning (Dec 11).
