There are no shortages of fairs, and carnivals throughout the summer, and never any shortage of tempting treats.

Temptation and situations can derail a food plan, weeks, months and even years of eating healthy can be derailed by the calling of something deep fried.

Moderation of things we enjoy is not the problem, its when the thinking kicks that "this is my only chance to indulge"! We can get into high calorie trouble.
