No matter what kind of music you like you will always find people who dislike the style you love.

I am one of those people who likes to dabble in all genres of music. It doesn't matter if the music is old school country, rap, or some movie soundtrack I can find something I like in every category.

I have never understood the people who spend so much time hating on the style of music they don't like. I have seen Facebook groups dedicated to bashing certain styles or artists. It seem like a waste of good time to spend it focusing on something you don't like.

Imagine a world where we took the advice our parents gave us when eating as a kid when the would say you just need to try it.

A friend of mine told me recently she retries food she doesn't like every year just to see is by chance she finds out she does like it. She said this method of retrying things has added all sorts of food to her personal menu.

If we try this approach to other things who knows what new experiences and adventures await us.

Take for example the above video from Aunt Boo who happened to get in her car and the radio station was set to a country channel.

The Blake Shelton song "Honey Bee" came on and it appears to have resonated deeply with her. I don't think I will ever be able to listen to Blake's "Honey Bee" the same way again.
