Two Pounds of Meth Seized In Sioux Falls Home, Two Arrests
Police Spokesman Sam Clemens says a Sioux Falls parolee was arrested and charged with possessing close to two pounds of Meth.
"We had some parole agents that went to check on a parolee. At times the parole agents will do different searches. They went to do a search at this house and found some marijuana and ended up calling police."
That's when the meth was found in the house that is located in the 200 Block of South Elmwood Avenue.
"When the offices got there they continued the search on behalf of the parole agents and found nearly two pounds of meth inside the home. The two guys inside the home were arrested on drug charges. One is from Sioux Falls. He's the parolee. The other man is from Brookings."
Clemens identified the parolee as 35-year-old Joseph Lee Vrana.
The other man arrested is 24-year-old Leeson Joseph Murphy.
