It was only a matter of time until late-night comedians started making fun of South Dakota and the new 'Meth. We're On It.' ad campaign. On Tuesday night James Corden did just that.

At 3:55 in this youtube video, you can see James Corden from the CBS Late Late Show wondering why South Dakota's meth ad slogan has a trademark. Then he added some of his own slogan ideas like for Colorado: "Cocaine. We Love Fresh Powder." And for Idaho: "LSD. The Potatoes Are Chasing Me!". Also for Florida: "Drugs. We're On All Of Them."

A Minnesota based ad agency came up with the campaign idea. The cost to South Dakota taxpayers is reported at over $1,000,000 dollars.

Once the map of South Dakota with the big black letters of 'Meth. We're on it.' was released. People everywhere started to comment with interesting responses.

In response to a lot of social media mocking of the slogan South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem tweeted: “Hey Twitter, the whole point of this ad campaign is to raise awareness of South Dakota, So I think that’s working.
