Mother Nature sent summer out with a bang, by destroying more than a dozen homes in southeastern South Dakota this Labor Day weekend.

It's the 114th Wagner Labor Day Celebration this Saturday through Monday.

Even though we just had the unofficial opening weekend of summer, it's already time to start making camping reservations on what is considered to be the last weekend of summer.

Unless you had a personal stake in a film being released this weekend, movies were far from the most important thing happening to you these past couple of days.
