According to Sioux Falls Public Information Officer Sam Clemens, the disturbance and shooting took place a little after 1am Thursday morning.
The sometimes boyfriend and girlfriend got into an argument inside a home in the 1000 block of East 1st Street. Which would be east of Falls Park and north of Whittier Park in the city.
