Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens says three men and a male juvenile were told to leave a house party at 24th Street and Menlo Avenue early Saturday morning.

"We had four people that showed up and were causing problems. The people that were hosting the party ended up kicking them out. As they left, someone threw something at the car," explained Clemens.

"These four people then decided to retaliate later. They came back just before 5:00 AM and threatened the woman that lives there. She said all four of them had handguns. Somebody threw a rock at the window and they took off."

Clemens says police located the suspect's car.

"When they stopped the vehicle all four people inside the car took off running. The officers were able to catch three of the four. Those three were arrested for aggravated assault, intentional damage and fleeing police."

Clemens says no guns were found in the car. Police are still searching for the driver.
