Man Makes it Rain at the Mall of America

On Black Friday a guy said that he wanted to spread some holiday cheer. So he took $1000 in cash and threw it off the  fourth floor of the Mall of America rotunda. All the while s a choir performed Let it Snow on the bottom floor. The Star Tribune reports that the guy was cited for causing a disruption and released at the scene. See it happen below.
