Lunchbox May Be Put on a ‘Contract’ with The Bobby Bones Show

Listener Krista is a behavioral therapist who called into the Bobby Bones Show to share some comments about Lunchbox.

She thinks he would benefit from a behavior contract to help increase his appropriate behavior and decrease his negative comments. In the contract, if Lunchbox behaves well, he will receive an award for one of his primary reinforcements; money. The show suggested if he had a good day, he could spin the wheel and win some money. But, if he has a bad day and says negative or rude comments, he loses the opportunity and gets punished.

Lunchbox is interested in earning money for appropriate behavior, but he thinks her job is nothing but opinions. Bobby Bones is thinking about creating the contract to see if Lunchbox would agree to the terms.
