It's been a for gone conclusion in the minds of many, but it became somewhat official on Monday as Lebron James has informed the Cavaliers that he will not be taking his talents any where other than Cleveland next year.

According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, James has informed the Cavs that he will be returning for the 2016-2017 season.

It essentially will be a one year deal, as James is likely to sign a one plus one in which he has the option once again next summer to opt out and either sign a long term deal with the Cavs, another one plus one with the Cavs or leave Cleveland for the second time.

Lebron became a free agent when he opted out of his current deal with the Cavaliers.

According to the same ESPN report, James is currently traveling and spending time with his family.
