Dwight Yoakam’s Plane Catches Fire

Dwight Yoakam had a mid-air scare earlier this week. Returning from a concert in Canada, the twin-engine Hawker 800 jet caught fire and and the pilot executed an emergency landing at Van Nuys Airport in California.

According to Nashville Gab, all 9 passengers were unhurt after the aircraft landed safely after the pilots radioed a mayday and the runway was cleared for emergency vehicles.
