Country Soon To Be In Dire Need Of Pilots

The nation's short haul airlines are starring down the barrel of a worker shortage in the next few years.

Because of mandatory retirement, upwards of 14 thousand pilots will need to be replaced.

The problem though is many of the pilot jobs nowadays pay relatively low wages.
