Amy saw on Instagram a thing called a “cabbage wrap” which is supposed to help with inflammation and pain.

What you need to do is take the leaves from a head of cabbage and hammer them out to get the juices flowing. And then you place it on the area you’re experiencing inflammation or pain and then wrap saran wrap around the area tightly. Amy saw a bunch of people doing it on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media sites, but hasn’t tried it herself yet. Consuming cabbage can help with inflammation, but she’s not sure if just putting it on you is a scam or not.
