911 Eleventh Anniversary
That's where I was when I heard that an airplane had struck one of the World Trade Center Towers in New York City. Even today when you think about that day things tend to skip in a fast forward fashion.
Times have changed, or have they.
That was a day we lost so much and yet came together so much more than we ever had.
I miss the days of people forgetting about politics and party lines and simply flying the American Flag. Never, in my time on earth was I so angry, upset and proud to be an American, all at the same time.
Today is a day to simply remember and hope we never see a day like that again in our lifetime. Oh and one more thing. God Bless America: Today, tonight and tomorrow.
