What Do a Marching Band, Painted Faces and Hockey Have In Common? It’s a Tailgate Party For The Sioux Falls Stampede
Hockey is coming to the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. The Sioux Falls Stampede will play their inaugural game this Saturday (October 11) at 7:05 PM against the Waterloo Black Hawks.
Before the game there will be a tailgate party at the Birdcage. It's free and open to the public and will include live music, bags tournament, inflatables, face painting and balloons from Mr. and Mrs. Twister. Food will be available for purchase.
You'll also be able to see the the new look of the Stampede mascots, Stomp and TipToe. After the tailgate party the Menno High School Marching Band will lead fans from the Birdcage over to the Stampede’s new home at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.
Doors will officially open at 6 PM and fans will have the opportunity to walk throughout the building. The first 5,000 fans will receive a free commemorative opening night pennant, compliments of Orthopedic Institute and Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital.
Tickets are available through the PREMIER Center Box Office or through Ticketmaster.
