Watertown Man Killed in Weekend Crash

A Watertown man died Saturday in a rollover crash at a rural intersection southeast of Florence in Codington County, in northeastern South Dakota.

The Highway Patrol says 61-year-old Jacky Dale Carr was driving an SUV that missed a curve, went into a ditch, crossed a pasture, vaulted a road and rolled.

Carr was not wearing a seat belt and he died at the scene.

The crash happened shortly before 11am Saturday.
