Like plenty of people anxiety, and panic attacks have played a reoccurring role in my life.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and so many of us try and navigate our way through the day with anxiety. Never knowing when our old friend will show up is part of the struggle.

It can be a very frustrating way to live, and hard to explain to people who haven't wrestled with it.

It is comforting to know there are a lot of people out there wrestling with the same thing, and some people have found some helpful tools.

A 5 year old dropped these words of wisdom on me, and it changed my perspective on panic.

These words proves to helpful with my anxiety it provided me with some anxiety anchor thoughts that keep me grounded.

I leaned on them so hard that I decided to get the lesson tattooed on my arm.

Fellow fighters of panic, and anxiety, hang in there, we got this ;)
