This Female Hall-Of-Fame Member Will Be Playing A Smaller Venue To Benefit High-School Students

This Academy of Country Music Top Female Vocalist Award winner, normally sells out  venues that are much larger.  But she has decided to play a smaller stage in Downtown Omaha, and it's all to benefit a group of students.

Reba McEntire will be playing the smaller Holland Performing Arts Center in Omaha, Nebraska on Friday, October 17th, 2014.  The concert will benefit the Ak-Sar-Ben Horatio Alger Scholarships, which are usually given to seniors in western Iowa and Nebraska high schools.

Even though the concert will benefit high-school seniors from Iowa and Nebraska, all Reba fans can get tickets to the concert.  Tickets go on-sale Thursday, August 14th, 2014 and start at $55.  They can be purchased through TicketOmaha.com.

Joining Reba will be the Canadian quartet that blends classical and pop music, The Tenors.
