Military Appreciation

This is something easy we all could do for a veteran or military member to let them know they matter.

Veterans Day is an important opportunity to be thankful for those that have served in our armed forces.

I sometimes feel selfish that I never served in the military. My dad made a career of it in the Air National Guard after serving in the Marine Corps in Vietnam. Both of my grandfathers served during and after World War II.

The city has put together a video showing where the new Sioux Falls Veterans' Cemetery will be located - after watching it, I couldn't think of a better place.
