Rock County Minnesota Officials have pulled the plows from all roads because of visibility. Many roads are blowing in faster than plows can keep up.

Big Sioux River Update
There's good news from the lower Big Sioux River in the southeastern corner of South Dakota.
The National Weather Service says the river crested at Sioux City early Friday, below expectations and below the record level.
State Emergency Management officials say that means Interstate 29 at North Sioux City, SD can be open again later Friday...
I 90 Open West of Sioux Falls
UPDATE: I-90 westbound is now open between Sioux Falls and Salem. Although the road is open the South Dakota Department of Transportation advises that traveling will still be dangerous because of the conditions.
