Bow Hunting

A few years ago I read that, a bow hunter to make it a point to sit in a tree stand, from sunrise to sunset without getting down. I was intrigued.

I may not have shot a big buck on my first Bow Hunting trip, but was still successful.

The Blaze Autumn Maple we have in our front yard has served as my hunting calendar for the past 10 years.

Last week I let you know that I was lucky enough to shoot an amazingly nice deer with my bow. When your lucky enough to have a deer in the back of the pickup the next thing that comes to mind is, now what?

The title says it all. I got lucky. If you have ever went after a deer with a bow and arrow, you know you have to be good, but that it helps to be lucky too.
