Strange DUI Arrests [Video]

Driving under the influence (DUI) is a serious offense.  Year by year, the laws and the penalties are becoming arguably more and more strict.

In South Dakota, reading about DUI arrests is almost a daily occurrence. A lot of DUI arrests have had tragic consequences accompanying them.  Just yesterday, JD Collins posted a story about a man arrested for DUI along with assaulting Sioux Falls Police Officers and a drug sniffing dog.

Two Massachusetts men are in hot water following arrests for DUI.  What makes these arrests bizarre?  Both men were arrested in the parking lot of the police department!
