Meteorologist Jeff Chapman at the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says the city had varying amounts of snow Monday.

"We're cleaning up from the little wintery system which moved through the area and dumped a band of snowfall any where from three to as much as nearly eight inches down in south central South Dakota. Quite a bit of variation around the Sioux Falls area. Anything from two to four to a little more was reported around the immediate Sioux Falls area.

Chapman says he doesn't expect any more snow this week.
